upload it to a website such as photobucket or flickr and then in the post reply button there is an img button. click on it, paste the address of the image itself, and click on it again. I hope that makes sense
If you're working with screenshots (as opposed to edited pictures) your best bet might be making a story (same idea as a youtube vid, but maybe easier? Also it looks like most competitions accept that as the general form of entry). Unless you have changed, moved, or edited the original screenshots they can be found automatically in your Launcher under uploads (media).
Check the screenies you want to use, then upload them. After that, you can follow this link http://www.thesims3.com/contentDetail.html?contentId=176875 (or go to any story page) and click the green button on the left that reads Create a Story. From there, you can insert the screenies that you uploaded like a slideshow.

i know at first glance she looks normal but once you look close you notice some
supernatural stuff
you onley need to read page 1 then just the pictures mostly but you can read all if you want
