is there seriously no way to adjust controls?

because if you really can't that's pretty dumb.
< and > being the rotate camera is lame. I would rather it be Q and E as I'm used to just about every other game that has it set up that way.
middle mouse scrolling is SLLLOOOOOOOOW. I have to move my mouse about 5 times to tilt the camera 10 degrees. Then there's the ol' click on the controls to rotate that turns 30 degrees in one button press. There is no happy middle!
Forced to use the keyboard and can't change the key binds..... unless I'm mistaken and there is a way...
