Suggestion: Select New for Download/Upload in Launcher

Right now, if I dl a bunch of stuff from the exchange or upload many items, I have to either choose the individual new items or hit the select all button. Choosing a dozen or more new items is a pain and I'm frequently unselecting the boxes I've checked by accidentally selecting the item instead of checking its box. But Select All is rapidly becoming just as much of a pain because it runs through all of the old items to verify what it already knows - that I've uploaded/downloaded them already.

What I need is a Select New button that selects everything that hasn't already been uploaded or downloaded.
