While I knew most of these cheats, it still proved very helpful to me! For instance, I'd always wondered how to increase my Lifetime Happiness Rewards points, and now I know and can use it.
Sorry but know im really upset about that do what i said in my other post, shift and click on your mail box and press make all happy then shift and click again on your mailbox and press make needs static, the have your sims practice a skill like read a book make sure you have the free will of and fast forward it sims with higher moods learn quicker.
Or you could use a Mod from modthesims, i cant my laptop gets messed up :S
Any cheats available to change a Lifetime Wish? My Sim's Daughter aged up fast and her LTW sucks, haha. She only has about 2,500 happiness points though so obviously I can't buy it now.
I have tested some of the cheats and I have some info you might find interesting. You might want to update the list.
"TestingCheatsEnabled"
You need to put True on the end of it for it to work. Like this:
TestingCheatsEnabled True
and to turn it off replace True with False.
"shazaam"
That cheat doesn't seem to do anything for me at all.
"Edit in CAS"
I really need this cheat, but I can't get it to work at all. Anyone have any luck?
"Modify Traits"
Doesn't seem to work, but if you have TestingCheatsEnabled turned on, you just hold down the Shift key and left click your mouse button on your Sim and you get the option to Modify Sims's Traits.
"Set Age"
Doesn't seem to work, but if you have TestingCheatsEnabled turned on, you just hold down the Shift key and left click your mouse button on your Sim and you get the option to Trigger Age Transition on your Sim.
"Mailbox:"
The stuff for the mailbox only shows up if you have TestingCheatsEnabled turned on.
"Teleport"
This isn't an actual cheat code. If you have TestingCheatsEnabled turned on and if you hold the Shift key and left click your mouse button anywhere, you will get a Teleport option instead of the Go Here option. Comes in handy for getting around fast.
"familyfunds"
Here is a code to set your family up with as much money as you want.
This is an example of how to use it.
Say you have a family named the Brown family. While you are in their house, go into the cheat window and type this:
familyfunds Brown 1000000
Your money will change to that amount. Just replace Brown with the family's last name and replace 1000000 with what ever amount you want.
I'll keep playing around and see what else I figure out.
Shazaam doesn't work for me too. Is it a cheat meant for windows only cause I'm on a mac and when I type it in it doesn't recognise it.
i found that if you are at work and you're looking at the career section and you click on go to work the max amount of times you can overload and get promotions faster! my sim is in the business and i would do 1/3 power work 1/3 chat at cooler and 1/3 hold meetings and she got promoted every day!

are you spelling them right? motherlode and kaching is the correct spelling. i used to spell motherlode like motherload too haha!
Ok I will check... I know I spelt Kaching right in the cheat window but misspelled it here.
the game spells it motherlode and kaching.
It worked for the beta games before it really came out, but not anymore.

I really miss the rejuvenator that was in sims 2 ....that is really the only cheat I used, besides the kaching one....
