Great job! I love Griffith Park. My sister had her wedding rehearsal dinner there...well it was more of a rehearsal picnic. There's this old abandoned zoo in the park. The animal cages were these fake rock cave areas. So neat! Here's a pic

Will you be uploading an updated version with all the name tags? I can't figure out what all the places are. I used the one map you made early but it is not complete. This is a very beautiful world but I can't play without the name tags as I am not experienced enough to figure them all out and make sure they are classified right. I HOPE I HOPE!!
One question, are you still working on this project?! I haven't seen an update in quite a while and I'm very excited to download this world, as it's the best I've seen so far! As soon as you finish I'd love to film my new Sims series in L.A.!
ok so listen! i know ive been away, for a long time... and my absense has been... therapeutic to say the least! im not making excuses and im not finished with this project. Ive been away because things have just got SO crazy
my dad has been in and out of the hospital diagnosed with cancer, so ive been helping as much as i can with that! work has been nuts, and quite frankly i just didnt want to work on the project.
ive been managing to recently keep up with the news about Generations and (possibly) pets and it made me realize that I had told you my world would be done before Ambitions and look how miserably i failed that. I dont want to fail you again.
I am going to reignite the project as i still have everything in tact. my fear is that im just going to post this and decide to not continue with the project for sometime again, so i guess i will apoligize in advance again just in case that happens here... all though I am praying to Llama gods that is not the case.
SO stayed tuned for some updates hopefully soon. because ultimately there REALLY is not that much to do.... its just a matter of doing it!
OH and as far as im concerned pretend the beta test version didnt exist... i appreciate you trying it out and giving me feedback but its been so long since it was released i havent the faintest clue what could possibly be wrong with it!
plus im not sure what causes the error 12 code and since i have not been on the forums i havent a clue if anyone else has figured it out! let me know if you know about that!

Thanks for finally posting! I've been checking back frequently for any updates, and I just about had a mini-heart attack when I saw that you'd finally responded! Looking forward to the next update, and hope your dad is doing better! :-)
I was going through the houses that I needed to furnish and came across something. Maybe im just going crazy and im actually looking at what may be some data loss. But there are certain houses that I KNOW FOR A FACT i have finished furnishing, and now when i go back into the houses they are empty expept for the kitchen/bathroom stuff. But all the bedrooms and other rooms are empty.
Now my guess is that when you start a new game and select a house it asks you if you want to purchase the house furnished or unfurnished. So my question is... do you folks know if i have to go back into these houses and re-add the missing rooms... or are they actually there and im just not able to see them in EIG!
I've been looking for a good-looking city world for a loooong time! I've love a chance to test it for you!

As far as error 12, I dont think its your world that created that, poster tneeds to look in other forums as the gurus and others have written on this issue.
Mim as far as your world I will help with testing to if you like. As far as the unfurnished, stuff not appearing I think that is CAW. I have been working with it. Its very finicky, and I dont know if its the last game update either. I had some houses I made n the game empty when I placed them in Sun Valley they were empty, so I really think it could be a game issue. Your world is very nice. Im so sorry about RL, Take your time. Also it seems in Generations we are going to need spaces for daycares and private schools, there are at least two types of those mentioned.
yeah... ive decided to just re add furni to the houses. So my list right now is just to finish these darn houses... i went from 4 or 5 houses left to furnish up to about 10 or 11... not to bad though! could be worse! but thats literally IT!!! I also added some extra stuff... like a couple roads leading "out of town" figuring i just noticed there was none! lmao
And dont worry there are plenty of empty lots.... i have empty residential and community. there just really wont be any in the direct center of the city. but on the outskirts.
Im excited about Generaions btw! lol i better finish LA by release!
Okay, I really love this world and with the re-ignition I'm sure it will be way better but I am just wondering. Are you going to properly texture the buildings? What I mean is insted just placing a color wall you go to CAS and make it look like brick. That is my only thing I would love done. I just had an idea! I could build some LN Skyscraper lots for you! Just give me to for my computer to go into repair.
