    No sound.

    So, everything has been wonderful with The Sims 3...

    Except there is no sound.

    My drivers are up to date. Dxdiag found no problems. I have yet to find an inkling of what might be wrong.

    In short, if someone HAS found a fix, please let me know. If not, I'd appreciate some actual helpfulness from EA staff.

      Okay, I found how I solved it: I changed the sound channels until it worked. TRY THIS.

      I have no sound in my game and drivers are all fine.. what exactly did you do to fix it? Your help is GREATLY appreciated!!

      i fixed my problem by going to the options and clicking on the audio icon and changing the speakers to a 4 speaker or something like that, i would check again how to do it, but mine crashes :(
