Are we able to build our own non rabbit hole shops back in our hometowns?

Hi all,

As the title suggests can we and to what extent if so?

I can place the tills down from the 'buydebug'mode but beyond that nothing. I can't fathom how to get them to work.

So if the answer is yes (and I somehow missed it :? ), does anybody know how or can someone point me to a guide or tutorial if there is one?
