Twins/Trips of different genders

According to everything I have read and my current play, it is impossible to have mixed gender multiples. I do not always want twin girls or twin boys. Nor do I want triplet girls or triplet boys. It would be nice to be able to have boy/girl twins and boy/boy/girl or girl/girl/boy triplets...
