      I know what it is. CC is short for custom conent (stuff you can put on your game that's not made by Maxis) and alpha is the name for the texture that looks realistic (like hair, clothes, eyes, etc.) in opposition to Maxis match CC that looks like the stuff Maxis gives us :)
