I have red that someone found individual roof slope angle, and I thought I should check it out, but I didn't do it. Then I got on a great, self fulfilling project about building "A Town For Tessa":

Since the lot I'm building involves different roof slope angles, I put on a search for "individual roof slope angle", "individual roof slope", on all forums without success.
Then by chance, I happened to check out the
"Build-n-Share CITY PROJECT # 3--NYC!!!" thread.

That's where I found the link to
Mch36504's outstanding tutorial to TS3
individual roof slope angle. It's a very smart technique, that I wish I'd have come up with.
I will only add that, all of us have certainly noticed that the roof slope angle manual slider is not affected by the
undo arrow. i.e. When you change your roof's slope angle, and try to
undo it, your roof won't go back to its original slope angle.
That's exactly the key to
Mch36504's, brilliant find. You have your roofs to the angle you want. Then you change your slopes to the second different angle that you need. You delete the roofs that will stay at the new angle, and you go back, manually, to the original slope you had before. Finally, all you have to do is to
undo as many times as you deleted roofs. They will all amazingly pop back up to your delight, leaving your original roof slope position unchanged.
