Have they looked into fixing the scrolling to the edge of the screen?

I may have missed any updates since the relase, have they fixed the scrolling to the edge of the screen?
Before you could do that to pan to different area's, and I loved it!

Its a togglable option to be able to move by edge scrolling. However I personally thing right-clicking and dragging and the arrow keys get better motion.

I think you can fix the edge scrolling thing by choosing it as an option, in the game options menu.

However, edge scrolling doesn't work in windowed version, even with the option checked.
