Time to move onto my latest redevelopment project, the Base Game World of Willow Creek. It's a pretty world and has lots of potential for just what Sims could be doing, and now with all the new DLC then the lots have even more options. I'll start with the community lots, of which I've got six.
I'll kick off with a build that I really didn't do all that much on, the old museum (a building I've never been to and kinda forget even exists) which I've transformed into the Willow Creek Library:
After changing the function of the building, I tweaked a few bits on the exterior and changed the layout, but overall I quite like the way the original building looked, it just never seemed to have much function:
Next up is Willow Creek's brand new coffee shop, Bean There, Done That. Once two separate stores, they were knocked together to create a larger space with a comfortable second storey, as well as a good sized apartment either for the coffee shop's owner or suitable for rental:
Each of the community builds are very great! Very lovely interior furnishing and layout of each one. The outdoors basketball court in the gym build is great and very nice outdoors dining patio for the coffee shop. They are great places for sims to enjoy visiting.
Moving on to the residential lots, I thought I'd start with one I just finished that (hopefully) should work in For Rent based on my own flat building:
Basically, it's four one bedroom flats in a two-up two-down configuration with a shared garden at the back, I've left them unfurnished until the new EP comes out so I can see if they'll work:
