Love this. I've always wanted more gameplay for elders. For example, I use KiaraSims' Twilight Years aspiration and Retirement Party event. Some other ideas for a pack could be
    • An elder-specific aspiration
    • Retirement party event
    • Retirement home lot type
    • Canes/walking sticks (I understand why other types of mobility devices would be harder to add to the game at this point)
    • Nursing career
    • Tai chi
    • Chair-exercise classes
    • Bird watching
    • Wills (allocate portions of household funds to specific heirs)
    • Teach other sims to play instruments, like how you can teach other sims to knit
    • Walking hand-in-hand
    • Croquet, bocce
    • Candlepin bowling (with Bowling Night)
    • Dog-/cat-sitting part-time job (with Dogs & Cats)
    • Golden Oldies music station
    • Home golf putting set
    • Gentle yoga (with Spa Day)
    • Singalongs

    So many possibilities...

Elders can already retire from their jobs since Base Game. That being said, I'd be totally interested in a Pack dedicated to elders as I play my Sims from cradle to grave. I'd love elder quirks, similar to the toddlers, infant and pet quirks, e.g.
    - loner
    - quirk to forget to perform interactions and sometimes talk nonsense (erratic quirk)
    - quirk to be no longer controllable
    - prone to sickness
    - needy elder (faster social decay and special Interactions towards their family tonask for more attention)
    - back pain problems
    - early riser
    - technophobe
    - health food nut
    - weak bladder
    - hardly hungry
    - slow metabolism
    - gloomy
    - needs a crane
    - family oriented
I can see though how that could be too realistic for some and cause triggers. But I would adore auch a feature.

We've got quirks for infants and toddlers already, childhood phases for children and teens and midlife crisis for adults. Elders we're left out.

I is probably more fun to focus on those elders being alive, but I feel a funeral service including a couple graveyard features would fit this pack :)

That said, it could be a good opportunity to add the sculpture creating profession or hobby, to honor a few sims with a statue either at their grave, or if they did great things for community, even a statue in the local park or elsewhere. Game already knows their body attributes by numbers, how hard would it be to wrap them up in a granite or bronze texture?

They could add mobility scooters or motorised wheel chairs, they would behave more or less like the bikes and sim's don't need to use them indoors.
I would love bingo, tea parties, golf and gambling. Maybe they could add also some special collectible type recipes for Nonna's cookbook that you could learn only by interacting with an elder. I would also like a vintage hairdresser set so elder ladies could get their hair set with curlers.

The main things I want to see added are new walk styles as I don't want elders at default hunched over with canes but optional. More balding and thinning hair options would be nice as all elders don't have a full head of hair or share the same 2 styles.
Sims 4 went from "You Rule" to "One of the stories we want you to tell"

While elders can already retire from jobs, I do think this system needs to be reworked a little.
    For example:
    • Add an indication to the career panel that this elder has retired.
    • Allow elders to get part-time jobs without losing their pension.
    • If elders can keep their pension after rejoining another job, don't allow them to retire again from that job.

These are three that come to my mind right now.

I would love for elders to get a discount day, retirement party when they retire, like stated above have bingo or myshuno night. Dumbbells for working out, synchronized swimming. Also we need something that if they get healthy then they won't have that stress moodlet because I hate that moodlet like they making the elders so old that they can't move as much which I don't like at all hopefully they don't have that in the next Sims games hint hint.
Also they should have a will like in Sims 2.

Would also like some satisfaction point reward added that removes death from too much activity, I can't remember exactly what they call the condition.
