It would be nice to see a gamepack (superstar/singer?) or the return of stuffpacks (infant stuff?).
I'd love to see a singing career in game, EA! You can't let the singing skill go to waste! My TS4 EPs: GTW, GT, CL, C&D, S, GF, IL, DU, EL, SE, CoL, HSY, GrT, HR, FR GPs: OR, SD, DO, V, P, JA, SV, RoM, DHD, MWS

Hope not a gamepack. Hotels should be an expansion cause there would be so much more detail. Specifically would really like to see a hotel expansion pack with 3 smaller "gamepack sized worlds" to get a feel for a traveling and holiday type gameplay.
At this point I am 100% sure it will be the Grave and Beyond Game Pack they teased in the Horse Ranch gameplay trailer, with new afterlife themed features and more content for occult players such as the Grim Reaper, ghosts, and graveyards/more funeral options. There was that survey about Dangerous Living as a potential stuff pack or more for TS4, and it seems like Paranormal wasn't all they had planned, the Grim Reaper/graveyards/more ghosts features parts didn't make the cut as it was a stuff pack (it did have a lot of amazing features like haunted houses and Bonehilda ) but yes it seems very likely at this point. I believe it is either coming in October or November 2023, and hopefully pre-GP patch will include ghosts overhaul including ghost babies and being able to create ghosts in CAS.
I hope we’ll get a shopping expansion pack for the sims 4 with a grocery store and a shopping mall
Yes please, a proper Business EP is needed, or at least bring back ticket machines, functional elevators with animations, escalators from Sims Freeplay, mall cops, shopping mall lots and realistic grocery stores without the need to own one in order for them to function normally.

100% they were definitely not teasing a future pack in the HR trailer. The sim who makes the ‘beyond the grave’ comment says that while talking about a special nectar recipe (and we see her as a ghost making nectar). Horse ranch contains a special nectar recipe that brings the dead (ghost sims) back to life, that’s what the trailer was referring to.
Why would the horse ranch trailer be promoting a future unannounced pack? Surely it’s promoting the feature that’s actually in horse ranch.

Once the next roadmap hits, you can thank me later we will see if my prediction was correct later this year.

I would love the option to create ghost sims and ghost pets in a future game pack.
I’m really hoping for a spooky season pack that features graveyards and Zombies and I kind of think that might happen and it might even somehow incorporate the grim reaper. Wishful thinking maybe? But I’m not going to lie I ll be disappointed if the don’t do something Halloween-ish for the fall season.
Do you think we will see a game pack or expansion pack during the last quarter of the year? The last few years have been pretty quiet in Oct/Nov/Dec. With the second EP for the year coming so soon after the first I wouldn't be surprised if we only see kits for the remainder of the year after horses. Definitely I would like to see a gamepack, I think an EP is extremely unlikely. What do you think?
I think we'll get a GP and several more kits.
Check my builds and Sims out on the Gallery, username Lizzychicago!
They are most likely not going to release any winter EP like they did in previous years, but I think it would be nice if they added more stuff to the free holiday pack.
I think we will get a faries game pack, at least two kits and a possible behind the sims summit talking about what's coming next year like they did last year with a potential hint at cars.
In the past, when I first got into TS4, I remember having tons of fun just watching my Sim play guitar and sing while doing it. Then again at the release of Get Famous, I had a lot of fun with the music mixer object. How fun would it be to get a bunch of Sims together (like what Get Together encourages) and play music? Even if it's just jamming and no way to make a career out of it, no concerts, whatever, I just want my Sims to make music together with a decent amount of songs (maybe 8 at least?).
Besides, it'd be funny to use with certain occults. Imagine an all-Werewolf metal band or a vampire one. Or heck, diverse it up and make the lead singer a Werewolf, the guitarist a Vampire, the drummer is a Ghost, and the keyboardist is a Spellcaster.
Fairies
One advantage TS4 seems to have over its predecessors is having fairly decent occults. Sort of. Mermaids, Aliens, and Plant-Sims suck, but Vampires and Werewolves are incredibly fun for me and Spellcasters are somewhere in the middle. Fairies were an occult I didn't expect to enjoy in TS3, but they're among my favorites in that game. I wouldn't mind them getting a great game-pack here. The world for them can be based on the Sylvan Glade location.
Zombies
If they're nothing like the ones in TS3 and can actually pose somewhat of a threat to your Sims, I'm all for it. And as someone suggested, it'd be nice to have more grungy content to help with apocalyptic story-telling. Strangerville's Possessed emotion is evidence that the Sims can be pretty creepy (the sound effect for the emotion has jump-scared me a few times XD).
Grim Reaper
I believe there was a survey somewhere that suggested the idea of a pack that let your Sims have a reaper career. It's certainly a unique idea and TS4 needs more of those.
Here's hoping the next road-map hints at one of these.
Is it obvious I'm an occult player? I feel like it is, not sure.
I think we're due a Game Pack, so I'm guessing we'll get one of those in Oct/Nov. Probably also get our usual quarterly quotient of kits as well.
As for what the game pack might be?
Taking out the usual suspects of bands, hotels, and fairies, I'm left with:
Superheroes! - This might be a niche interest, but I'd love to see a superhero pack someday. A Renaissance Fair - This could be a new destination world with medieval activities and costumes. Active Criminal Career - Like Dream Home Decorator, but centered around heists and crime. A Romance Pack - Dating app, romantic world, new types of dates, more romantic interactions, etc. Hobby Pack - Add in a hobby system and a variety of new activities like Pottery, Ballet, Car Restoration, etc.

+1 on the superhero idea. It'd be great if superpowers were some kind of skill and not tied to an occult since, to me, it's a little weird to imagine a superhero as an "occult". That way, occults can use the powers as well.
I concur on principle on the Romance Pack, but I feel like My Wedding Stories already "fulfills" this theme alongside base-game updates such as likes and dislikes. Tartosa is pretty romantic, in my opinion.

I'd be OK with superheroes being an occult, but only if they also add an active superhero/supervillain career that any sim could join, including other occults. But yeah, I could also see super powers being like the fame tree where anybody can gain them if they like. Either way I just really want a well done superhero pack someday.
As for a romance pack, sure Wedding Stories has some romance in it (I actually still don't own this one), but it's centered around getting married and there's so much more to romance that still needs to be explored. I could see a pack centered around dating being very popular, featuring new date locations, a dating app, romantic interactions, a romantic compatibility/attraction system, etc. I doubt it will be our next game pack, but maybe someday.
I think Q4 we'll get kits and a patch either Vechiles, Burglars or Preteens.
Ha game pack with Fairies, Vechiles patch announcement, a kit and maybe a stuff pack because why not. But mostly like a kit, and maybe a fairies game pack.
I think they are crazy for not doing a graveyard/grim/dangerous pack a long time ago. There has been tons of interest in it and I for one miss the Goth looking stuff we had in the Sims 3, the many interactions of Grim, the graveyard/death flower lot, and I really hope if they are adding this then why not add more coffins for vampires.

Did somebody say...zombies?👀👀👀
I thought I've seen way more hints for fairies
