Kiana did some cooking and no fires (I changed her kitchen around a bit, adding the build mode items she got with promotions)



She told everyone she knew about being able to cook without setting the house on fire


She watches lots of cooking shows and has even reached level 8 with gourmet cooking


Harvesting her first dragon fruits and practicing mixology before work



On the way to work, slipped in a puddle and is sure she heard the little baby cowplant giggle


Kiana chose the mixologist branch as her friend Elsie chose the chef route


Returning from work in a thunderstorm, she saw how huge the cowplant got and I am not sure if she is more scared of it or of the thunderstorm booming in the background. Although scared she is very happy with her promotion


I have more time to keep on playing. I will start decorating her house how, since the money is coming in and the fires are less as well

Kiana has reached gourmet cooking level 9 now


For her daily work tasks she only needs to make drinks now. A bonus to not have to use the stove anymore LOL


Her cowplant got hungry so she fed and pet it, she seems to like it now, not being scared of it anymore



Kiana tended to her dragon fruits.



She also went fishing to catch some more, which she did. She quickly rushed home with two and planted them just before work started




After work she saw her cowplant is hungry yet again !!!

Made herself a quick BLT and then worked on her gourmet cooking skill



Kiana was practicing making drinks for work, when she saw something through her window

This cowplant was hungry mere minutes after feeding, he died during the night while Kiana was sleeping, I think he was glitched.

Kiana has picked up a little weight from all the test eating while cooking, so I sent her off for a powerwalk



She came home purchased an ice cream maker and made some diet ice cream. Here you can see her putting in the secret ingredient

so much easier than powerwalking LOL.

So in all the years I've had Cats and Dogs, I never knew that the cat wand could fall apart.


I have noticed the fuzzies accumulating around the house so I had Elsie put them in her inventory since I was curious if she could do anything with them, and she can repair the wand! So cool to learn stuff like this literally years after having a pack haha.


Much better.


Since Elsie finished the cooking aspiration, she's on to the mixologist one. I gave her a little bar patio since there's no room for a bar inside. (For a while she just had a portable bar that I never bothered to screenshot)


She started off by making a drink for Poppy


These two are just too cute together.


Also I love finding out what our sims favorite drinks are. Of course I forget what this one is called but here is Elsie's.

Jerry is super cute. I also didn’t know that the cat wands fall apart (and can even be repaired) nor that cats enjoyed any drinks from the bar. I guess that must be the “pet” one (I think it’s minty pet something…) that I’ve seen when ordering at community lots and stayed away from??

@NRowe Aw, thanks, I think Jerry is super cute too and he's added a fun element to this challenge. And it is the minty drink! I haven't made it often but it seemed like a good opportunity

@mightysprite Kiana will have to go catch another cowberry, the other cowplant died, it was constantly hungry and she fed it, but it still died.

@permanentrose thanks, I thought of turning the previous nursery into a plant room, hoping my plants won't revert to planted stage indoors, but atlas it is still happening grrrrr I wish we had the same options as our sims for losing weight, I guess we need to keep on powerwalking or jogging LOL Jerry is such a cutie, glad he likes food like his momma How cute how the kitty cat sleeps next to Jerry Oh my ghos did not know that about the wand as well. Oh my gosh why would the game not spawn Jerry at his momma's side after work at home.

Oooh yay a second update from you @permanentrose Wow you can do quite a lot having Jerry in the carrier. Fire !!! gosh they still do happen don't they I am loving the interaction between your kitty and little Jerry, its so cute. Hahahaha spat my coffee when I saw the last pic of Jerry rejecting his feed LOL

Kiana went fishing, looking for another cowberry, her cowplant died. She caught one and planted it



Ok, so this was not very good, I tried to bake a cake for Kiana for her birthday, I had a total of six fires before she had to go to work, she aged up just before work and was not happy about missing her birthday. I did not even take a photo of all the fires, she even tried baking one while the firefighters were still in her house, but it did not work. I could not believe that the game would not give me a birthday cake

Congrats on finishing @mcrudd!!! So sad that Kiana tried so hard to make a cake but couldn’t manage. It seems like the fires really hit her hard right there at the end poor thing. I love seeing her interact with the San sequoia surroundings. I think Elsie will finish the scenario next time I play - she’s just one promotion away! If we want to do another scenario, I’d love to try the super villain one. Been looking for a way to play an evil sim since I never do lol

Thank you I just realized that I took way too many screenies while finishing the scenario so I will do my update in two parts LOL. Mmmm Super villain now that sounds interesting, especially since my sims are never rude and evil, so it will be a whole new gameplaying experience. I will start a sim and thread for us as soon as I am done with my two updates. AweSim idea. Thanks so much for joining in with the scenario's they are great fun if you do it with a simmer friend

Kiana is sticking to none stove meals, even with a maxed cooking and gourmet cooking skill she has fires


Coming home from work, Kiana is happy that her cowplant have grown and that she got a promotion, what an awesim day


Practicing that Charisma so she can get a promotion


Yay all the plants are in full grown stage again


Ooops got distracted with working on skills and forgot to pay the bills, lights went out as soon as the party started


Charisma skill done, just a little bit of mixology to go


Watching the premiere. Kiana knows exactly how the sim on tv feels, she empathizes with him


What !!! You must be kidding me. Get home from work and the cowplant is dead (they must be buggy, what a pitty)

No promotion due to a mental foggy day, but it looks more like Kiana was taste testing the drinks


Kiana's friend came over just before work to give her a gift and wish her luck for the possible upcoming promotion


The wooden horse gift must have been lucky, because Kiana got that promotion and completed the scenario

Now she is waiting for her friend Elsie to join her, good luck Elsie, you are a superstar mom doing it with a little infant as well

@mcrudd I love the bar tending pics! It is cool to see how the animations change as our sims increase in their skills. Those cow plants die far too easily - I always enjoy them for a bit and then use the skeleton as decoration haha. Kiana did great at this challenge! I'm honestly surprised neither of our sims actually had a full burn out haha. Anyway, I just finished the scenario too and will be posting momentarily. I really enjoy playing with you too!
