How Can My Sim Acquire Data Spike from Scoundrel Contact to Fulfill Mission Task Order?

My Sim already chatted with Scoundrel Contact Hondo Ohnaka for a while but there seems no interaction to acquire data spike from him. My Sim already has a good relationship standing with him yet I can't find a way how to acquire the data spike. They are now sitting in the center bar of Oga's Cantina. How do my Sim acquire the data spike from scoundrel contact?

There's a different scoundrel contact you need to talk to other than Hondo to get the spike. Hondo mostly just gives you the jobs.

It's been a while since I played through it, but you can find them easily because they'll have a helpful "Scoundrel contact" identifier in their name box. (I was really hoping that you'd have to talk to a few sims to find out who it was.)
