    Cannot recall when it first began and obviously at this point things can clearly be brushed off as too much content for its servers to handle but has anyone noticed nowadays how the gallery rarely, if ever, works properly? Or at all?


    If it was a computer issue I'd understand, however even the gallery on the sims 4 site doesn't work most attempts and I just have to bring it up in hope someone from the Sims 4 team sees it and tries to repair things.

      But what exactly is not working? I use it literally every simming session.

      Yeah, it hangs for me when I do searches for lots and often tries to tell me nothing is available under my keywords or hashtags when I know for a fact there is. Then I'll search again and it will cough up some selections.

      I do agree that it's probably just really weighed down now with so much content and so many users. I actually started downloading my favorites to my library because it can be a hassle to try to sift through them nowadays.

      My gallery will often not allow me to view only the creators that I'm following. It will say I'm not following anyone. I also struggle with getting search results. This became an issue for me when I went from origin to EA app

      Everything, and I mean that in the literal sense, if it won't connect then I can't search for anything as LiELF's comment explained, Plum forbid I can, then it's a mess of the most popular and then the newest a line down even if I've ticked the MOST POPULAR option.

      To sound like I'm whining, It's just everything! And I do mean EVERY. THING. Even the POPULAR NOW options throw up a corrupted combo of the mild favorites and then something posted maybe 2 moments ago, which points at their servers maybe not handling deliveries of data and logging them right, which again, I'm not surprised if it were the case, however as a poor excuse for a builder, the gallery is where I go to find my sims a house, or bar or club, somewhere to spend their time, otherwise they have to put up with my disasters, and for years the sims team promoted the gallery, and still do, even though it's barely functional!

      I can 99% assume the console version is near enough the same, if by some miracle it isn't and console simmers can freely download whatever they wish without issues.

      Mine makes me think I've been banned! Or blocked as certain accounts content simply won't appear or appears in pieces, even Maxis!

      It's been an issue long before the app! seemed to be around last year/mid last year, with all the updates it's a fair assumption to point that as the root cause

      The only times I've had problems with the Gallery is when they do an upgrade or fixing it. :'( Otherwise the Gallery works for me. ;)
