We also have in game political preferences from City Living, those could go into likes and dislikes as well.

I would appreciate some Star Wars SDX content on May 4th.

For example "Journey To Batuu" movie posters

A Journey to Batuu refresh would be a neat idea for May the Fourth.

    Here's my concept:

First off, an adaptation of the "Batuu Bounty Hunters" game: look up bounties and then go locate them. I imagine this playing out like the star ship quests we already have. However, I'd like a twist where not all targets come quietly: you might need some equipment! For this, there will be a place where you can purchase stun blasters, which will enable you to engage the target gun-to-gun. (Blaster battles are something I'd like to see added.)

Second off, an adaptation of "Galactic Starcruiser": the Halcyon is now added as a new "neighborhood" on Batuu, with a new storyline. I dunno if it's feasible to fully recreate Galactic Starcruiser in the Sims 4, so I'll just focus on a small bit: the force-user storyline. People wanted force-sensitive Sims, and I've thought of a way it could work. Specifically, with new aspirations! Firstly, the Sim will get objectives that will give the "Force Initiate" trait that'll enable some basic force powers. At that point, they will then have to choose whether they wish to follow the path of light and become a Jedi, or fall to darkness as a Sith...

Does this sound like a good idea?

Just installed the new update and now Sims4 won't run on my mac :( I have removed origin completely and reinstalled it, restarted the Mac and it's still not working, anyone any suggestions? It comes up with the message hardware does not support Sims 4

Do you have a repair game option on your Mac?

Hmm, were you playing the Legacy version of The Sims 4 by chance?

Can you click the Apple icon in the upper-left corner of the screen and select About This Mac. Please post everything you see there including the operating system except for the serial number.

Gotcha, the Legacy version of Sims 4 has been retired (announced back in November).

You'll need to have a Mac running 10.11 (El Capitan) or newer that supports the Metal API to continue playing The Sims 4.

It looks like based on the specs you shared you have either a 2011 model iMac or MacBook Pro, both can update to El Capitan but unfortunately neither supports the Metal API.

We also have a thread on this on Answers HQ here if you would like to do some further reading.

Oh my goodness, I'm devastated :( my poor sims. thanks for the speedy replies! What am I going to do with all my spare time, now that Sims doesn't consume my existence :)

I'm liking the new underwear options for the ladies, but it would have been so much better if they had added also a bra option in the same swatches for the ladies. Love the pastel and nude colours.

Last solution, you can try to install Windows 10 with BootCamp and install EA app and The Sims 4
    https://support.apple.com/HT201468

This iMac has a 64-bit processor so you can install the standard edition of TS4.

I so agree, where are the bras to match the new panties in Sims 4?
