    Is riding a bike the only milestone for children (other than birthdays)?

      I believe there’s one for when they lose a tooth.

      You also get a first day at school milestone for children.

      If you have Parenthood, you also get milestones for the child phases.

      And my child got milestones for the first bladder failure and first energy failure. *ashamed*

      Getting a BFF and getting to the top of an after school activity (scouts from parenthood or drama club from get famous) is also a child milestone.

      Pretty sure learning to ride a bike is a milestone as well!

      Adopting pets is for the whole household, so they probably get those too.
