I cant log in on my launcher

I can log onto the exchange absolutely fine but when I try logging in using the same password on my launcher it won't work. The screen flashes and then nothing happens. Doesn't say wrong password or anything it just doesn't work.

I've tried a few suggestions I've seen online from old threads but no luck. I would like to upload some sims to the exchange but I can't upload from my launcher as I can't log in. Has anyone else had issues?
