I started a new save and started messing with options and there is an option for career layoffs. So our Sims can just get laid off from their jobs randomly? I don't know if I like the sound of that. Of course it can be disabled but that's new... I'm going to keep it enabled because that's kind of interesting.

I know workplace rivals are a thing now but didn't hear or see anything about getting let go during certain periods. I know that's going to be hella annoying for people who have Sims at higher levels in their careers.

Thank you letting know this is an option. That takes away the one concern I had so far. I will turn this off once the novelty of the pack wears off

Hopefully not random and you get some kinda warnings that you’re not doing well at work.

I think it’s kinda cool. I know you can get fired from some of the city living jobs and salaryman job but you kinda have to make it happen. It would be funny to get fired accidentally.

I would love it if there was a bug and everyone’s sims got fired, can you imagine the forums? 😂. On side note very happy they fixed the fear of dead end job!
