Then download all again, starting with the packs bought at Steam and see this

Now I understand, and trying to put that in order: are the kits
And really, seem kits taken the place of Stuff Packs
SP22 - Bust the Dust
SP25 - Industrial Loft
SP35 - Desert Deluxe

I downloaded a mod earlier that changes the icon colors for the packs in Buy/Build mode and noticed the Kits really are “technically” labeled as Stuff Packs. I was like… when did we get 30 something Stuff Packs? Then it made me realize we haven’t had actual Stuff Packs in a while. Maybe we won’t anymore. I actually liked them.
