Hi,
Actually the adoption service propose only human baby/toddler/child.
It means alien parents can't adopt alien or half-alien children.
Vampires, mermaids, spellcasters and werewolves must transform the child once he/she become a teen.
It also means occult orphans are not allow to have parents.
That's not fair.
