i think my game is corrupted

I tried to repair it in origin. and tried to pinpoint the problematic cc but even so, the game will load and will be on pause but once i click my sims nothing comes up, and theres no HUD ( i think is the right term) like theres no needs menu, aspirations menu, career etc. so i cant even start my game. so then i decided maybve its just that save thats corrupted so i selected a new save. Same thing, my last resort is to reinstall which i dont really want to do since i have pretty much every pack and it'll take hours to reinstall. is there anything else I can do?
