Help with a custom house

I like the look of this house, but its 45MB and Custard says it has a lot of attached CC. I didn't see the dreaded Arezzo counter but would someone else take a look please and tell me if this is "safe" even if its bloated?

I use custard to take a peak and I don't see it either.
