Is free mirror placement coming soon?

I've noticed in my game that the mirrors behave differently if you have MOO cheat active. For example if I have no wall, the mirror is lowered to the ground level instead of the default placement. Previously the mirrors were always attached to the default position.

I'm not sure, I've never noticed. The only thing I've noticed is that not all mirrors are at the same position as others. sometimes a mirror of the exact same size will be shifted down a little and will hit the bathroom sink faucet.

I've never understood the reasoning behind not allowing mirrors to be freely placed. OP, I know you're on console and can't use CC, but for those that do (and my not already know) it's as easy as ticking a box in S4S to make EA Mirrors freely be able to move up/down and side to side on walls.

There is a new makeup mirror that you place on objects now. It came with one of the 2 new kits, cutter or pastel ( I can’t remember which ). I haven’t used it yet, but I’m assuming you can sit to use it.

I already tried that, but sadly I was not able to use the mirrow with a Sim sitting on the chair. The Sim stood up und used the mirrow in the usual standing position. Although, I didn't try every option with the mirrow. Maybe it works for some actions in the sitting position. I'll have to try again. :)

I have a few CC mirrors that can be placed freely on a wall. I guess the original restriction is there to match the height of the sim using the mirror, but with move objects on, that is no longer a restriction.
