Launcher is telling me I don't own my store content?

I just switched to Steam from origin and I am redownloading and installing store items.
It keeps telling me I don't own the items.
@EA_Cade Is this an issue with the store because live chat told me it is an on going problem.
I also keep getting "OOPS" when i visit pages in the store.
