My last build is a community center in Tartosa. I initially built it as an arts academy but I didn't like the vibe of the place so changed it to a community center. It looks a bit deserted outside but there's lots of activities inside.



The art gallery on the ground floor.



Next door is a cafeteria that serves pizza and lasagna, and next door to it you can glimpse a bit of the garden shop.



The dance room is popular.



The trellis staircase is also popular.



A lot of fishing goes by outside the lot too.



If sims are really tired, there's beds too, not just the fountain.

If I don't count the shell houses I make, this one was the last fully decorated house I shared on the gallery. It's 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom.
