WCIF: Historic Police Uniform

I'm looking for a sufficiently historic-looking police uniform for my constable of Finchwick. The exact time period or even country doesn't matter too much, my save isn't historic, only "old-timey", if that makes sense.

Something along those lines:



Doesn't have to be a full outfit either, a standalone helmet would be a good start.
