Human and Alien Facial Choices Chart?

When I create a human female teen, I use specific cheek, lips, eye and nose choices that create a very pretty looking Sim, but when I go to create an alien, all the different cheeks, lips, noses and eyes are in different spots.
Is there a chart that may be of help? For example, for my human teen, I use the very top left cheek type so where would that be for aliens? Something that says "Human: Top Left is Alien: 4th from the top on right."
