I don't understand what is going on.
If you think your issue is Mod related, please see this thread for a list of recently broken and updated Mods as well as troubleshooting techniques:

If you are having a gameplay issue where your CAS items from the new game are not showing up after installation then you need to go to EA Answers Help Center:
