Bug Fixes
The Sims 4
Sims with a short or long Lifespan no longer become younger or age dramatically when leaving Create a Sim.
The “Ask to be Girlfriend/Boyfriend” Want now targets appropriate Sims.
Adult Sims no longer tag teens in flirtatious Social Bunny posts.
All available Sims now can be selected for travel even if they are currently not on the current lot.
Get Famous
Sims without Fame no longer occasionally appear to have it.
High School Years
Sims now can walk through the I Was a Teenage Garbage Artist pile of clutter.
It's rather late for me so I'll have to check patch out tomorrow
hopefully they managed to put end to the aging and everyone being celeb so I can go back to my main save
Looks promising...but Im going to hold back from updating again. I dont have much time for playing for the next few days and I wanna see if anything game breaking pops up...
Yeah, I just found out the hard way when I powered up Origin and the patching was in progress! Say, what? I would really, really, REALLY like to know who and by what means turned my automatic update toggle to the ON position? I USE MODS! That's always set to off. I did pause it long enough to pull the Mods folder, but I do hope those aren't borked now. Growl, growl, grumble, grumble. Not at all a happy camper.
Don't get me wrong, please, I am happy we got a patch to fix things that were problematic. But a heads-up would have been nice. And like I said, I always have my auto-update set to OFF because I use mods!
I was building and didn't realize there was a patch. UGH, I now have to update. I didn't have the aging bug and now I'm scared that the fix may have broken my not-broken game.

I did pause it long enough to pull the Mods folder, but I do hope those aren't borked now.
Updates never edit the files in your mods folder(s).
Mods that break do so because they DON'T include the needed updates, and remain broken until a modder changes them to fit whatever the game changed.
I don't use Discord because it doesn't support multiple accounts and I don't need folks at work wondering what I'm doing even on my own time. Until Discord catches up with every single other voice / video conferencing system, I limit where I use it:

In my gameplay, I had some aro/ace sims want to ask someone to be their partner. Others were reporting it targeting family members.
For the record, this patch only fixes the aging issue for new saves and other saves that haven't been used after the glitch was found in the first place. If you had already saved a game with the glitch, your file is ultimately messed up forever. Sims will continue to age up to the next life stage... which is beyond frustrating! They don't seem to age up again after that, but still... it's annoying!

I can finally start playing my main save.
After another test run with my current test run.
And that prom does not happen when you have Get Famous?
