Folks reporting More Columns broken: Please test with no other mods installed and after deleting localthumbcache. Thanks! No other testing method can confirm that it's a specific mod that broke, even if it feels like that works.

@House_Of_Alvarez Any time you remove mods, you also need to clear localthumbcache. Could you please confirm that you did that. If you could test in a new save, that would also be helpful. Many thanks for taking time to do this! I wouldn't have expected that one to break.

NOT A MOD PROBLEM
There is confirmation that there is an aging-up bug. It can, so far, be caused by leaving some Sims at home then returning or by entering CAS. PLEASE back up your saves, save OFTEN, and try playing with aging off.

@luthienrising I downloaded the Don't Wash Dishes mod from the link above, and even though the article marks it as updated today, it's the same 2.2.0 version I already have, with the same 8/11/2021 date.

Do MapReplacement have the same issues as Mods like "MoreColumns"? However, while the "Moonwood Mill" CostumMap is displayed in my game, it is not displayed for any other neighborhoods.
Can anyone else comment on this, please?

I can hopefully help out here. go into your game files which are normally located in "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" and find the item called "localthumbcache" and delete it. I also delete the "cache" folder and "onlinethumbnailcache" and "avatar cache" folders and any lastUIexception.txt and LastException.txt files from that folder.

Sorry @luthienrising I removed my world edit mod folder instead of world maps folder. the world mod is still working.
But this did point out that how ever they do the world map edits, the update blocked it again
