Where is the Subway Grate?

I can find the subway station but not the subway grate. Can someone tell me where the darn thing is?

have not played ts3 for ages but as a guess did you try the transportation category with cars n such?

Finally found it the last place I thought it would be, in Misc. Decor after looking in buydebug and all through the Community lots items. It's so small in the picture under Misc. Decor it took a bit to register that was it, lol.
