I need hellpp!!!

I really need help.. I know this might not be the place to post this but.. please don’t delete this post yet, I would have went and searched for help on the official ea contact page, let me tell you why i didn’t:

First of all, i am on my phone right now, and will be so for the next few weeks, since i cannot access my computer from the place where i am right now, the only three options i had were the following:
1. CALL ea support
2. Email ea support
3. Ask on the sims forum

Let’s see why I didn’t choose the first two options
1. Calling ea support is only available in canada and usa.. i am from neither of these countries, even if it would be available in my country i still wouldn’t have called.. I am too shy to talk.. My english accent is too bad.. and I have a child voice.. which I have been laughed at a lot for, so calling ea support is definitely off the list..
2. Emailing ea support would be too slow.. I am pretty impatient.. so i was left with the last option....
3. The forums.. I almost always had really fast replies in here.. and helpful too..

Now that that’s all out the way, back to the topic.. IIIIII NEEEEEEEDDD HEELLLPPPP....
I just finished the marriage quest and I was so excited that.. instead of promoting my sims husband.. I accidentally pressed “Create”.. I was absolutely infuriated that I couldn’t go back to the “family tree/picture” thing and promote my sims husband to join the household and control him.. so i went ahead and created another girl... but surprise surprise... I couldn’t remove her.. The only option I had was to retire her.. but I can’t even retire her since she has to build up 4. Freaking. Traits! I just wanted my sims husband to join her household.. is there any way?

1) can we go back to sims changing out of their swimwear when going inside or leaving the lot...please
2) can sims not stay sitting down when watching tv or a movie.
3) When teen sims work out on the treadmill at high school then have to work out on the exercise machine can they not stay
in their gym wear and not change into day wear each time.

Free Family Portrait item icon missing? Prima 3000 icon?

I just noticed the icon for the freebie for the sims mobile / sims 4 cross promotion is missing on the start up, with the listing of free stuff with the grims guitar and holiday pack, and also it does not seem to be listed in manage add-ons in my EA app, however, it is 100% in my game, and even created a new save to see if it was there sure enough it was. Curious if this is normal? was the item just added to base game after this little promo? also was there ever an icon for Prima 3000? It may sound lame to care, but I kinda do...it's like I spent how much on everything? I want that status symbol of every little bit I have! lol

The Sims Mobile is an interesting game but people seem to be thrown off by the fact that the game will have microtransactions and use real time just like The Sims FreePlay. I'm sure The Sims Mobile will split The Sims' fanbase further as people will be divided between The Sims 3, The Sims 4, The Sims FreePlay, and The Sims Mobile as well The Sims and The Sims 2. If they have made the game paid and lacked the free-to-play restrictions, it would be a decent Sims game.

I would like to try it but at the time of this post, it hasn't been released on the Amazon App Store or Windows Store.

What do you think of The Sims Mobile?

Edit: I have tried to download the game after installing the Play Store on my Amazon Kindle Fire HD but it wouldn't allow me to download it saying it was incompatible.

Sims Mobile was a average game I enjoyed that is when it first came out pre-terrible updates!! You could get married and have children without 24hr events with about 18 parts to complete!! What happened to a ON THE GO game I have to rant.. the cost of furniture has become ridiculous and the room prices are even worse It ruins the game to the point I have it downloaded but I never bother going on it because I'm reminded of how bad it is in general.

Hello! I have compiled a few suggestions that my friend and I have about the Sims Mobile app. The game is overall very entertaining, however there are certain aspects about the game that we feel could be improved. This is basically reiterating what I wrote in a separate post, which I will quote my comment below and add on to it more comments that my friend and/or I have. There are also glitches that we have noticed that we felt we should mention.

Don't know if I have to raise their friendship level for that option to be available always, but once the event ended, I can't find it anymore.

More energy options. I like being able to interact with other sims, however my sims are constantly running out of energy quickly during events like dates, parties, or work events so maybe giving the sims a few more options to gain energy back, maybe by eating snacks, drinking a cup of coffee, or having an energy drink to help them out.

Adding on to that point about Energy, the sims energy drains extremely quickly and their options to replenish their energy is extremely limited. For example, the refridgerator could easily be a good way to increase the sims energy as it is part of their nutrition, health, and energy source but it currently does not provide any energy points. Activities that sound like they would be restful actions, such as relaxing on the bed (nap) or recharging on the couch at the club not add to their energy level either. There was also a luxury event, where the character was supposed to just enjoy the day at home and it was kind of ironic that the event had drained all of the sim's energy even though it was literally doing anything but strenuous activities.

The prices are a bit too expensive. There is a 'date night pack' that is $19.99, which is more than I pay for a stuff pack on PC. I think it is too overpriced for a mobile app that doesn't even bring half the content that is on a stuff pack. I also understand Simcash could be bought in-app, however the means to earning simcash without paying for extra simcash are very limited in my opinion.

Game Crashes. The game begins to slow down and it suddenly crashes. This is something that my sister, my friend, and I have experienced. Then, when opening the app again, it shows that the game didn't save anything from what you might have done that day unless you happened to have ended an event prior to the game crashing, which then it just takes you to the end of the event.
Rose Lattice. When using rose lattice to kiss partner during wedding the sim gets teleported to a different spot on the lot.
Videos with No Bonus Rewards. Ads mention that rewards can increase if the player watches them, however in my game, sometimes it does not provide extra rewards. There was one time where I got rewards, it showed the rewards before playing the video and then after watching the video, it took away my rewards. The option to watch videos pops up on the mailbox in front of my home or in the marketplace, but when I click it, no video plays, the option disappears, and I am left with no rewards.

I got curious and downloaded it. So yea a hair costs £4.99!!! Who in their right mind would pay this money for one single item !?!!! I don’t get this monetisation model. I wish they make a proper iPad version i am happy to pay upfront not this micro transaction madness. Anyone actually pays to play this game !? Is it fun at all without paying ? Curious !

I'd love to have cats and dogs in Sims Mobile, just like in Sims FreePlay or The Sims 4!

Cats and dogs could find Simoleons around the lot, just like in FreePlay.

In order to get a pet, you have to befriend a stray walking around your home lot or the work place neighborhoods.

I am so excited for the Sims mobile! This is what I've been wanting from the Sims! We had the Sims Freeplay which I hate, with its useless expensive dlc, to waiting 10 minute for your sims to eat lunch, it's just terrible imo. I've been wanting a real sims game on mobile and this game looks awesome. I know it's on mobile so they will have limitations. I will talk about my worries/things I don't like though, since the trailer didn't show us a lot. I will also say things I like.

-Why are the heads so big? I know they are going for a quirky vibe but it's honestly kind of annoying

-This will be different from the Sims Freeplay right? I won't play if I have to wait hours for my sims to do simple tasks like: watch tv or eat lunch

-I love seeing all the stuff from the Sims 4 dlc put into the game I found that neat!

-Hopefully we wont have to wait forever for babies to arrive and pay for simpoint just so we don't have to wait 24 hours

But Overall I'm really excited if this a real sims game on mobile!

I noticed that the Sims Freeplay allows more sims in their houses than "The Sims Mobile". This needs to get fixed. The Sims Freeplay has 4 sims per house, extra with VIP. It's only fair that "The Sims Mobile" have the same amount of sims as "The Sims Freeplay". After all, "The Sims Mobile" is a simulation game like "The Sims Freeplay", but with better graphics.

One thing I am missing while decorating my house in The Sims Mobile are curtains for windows!

Hope you consider adding some curtains from The Sims 4 into The Sims Mobile!
They could be found under the decorations tab in buy mode and below the window section in build mode as a new category.

I think it will be a great idea for The Sims Mobile team to live stream on twitch. They should live stream for events or updates and interact with players and fans in real time. It's will be great to be transparent about events and maybe give a short walk through and show new items!

Most of the sims gurus on the sims mobile are on twitter but not as known as the PC sim gurus except a few who transfer over to mobile. It will be great if a lot of people get to know who they are and what it's like to work on a mobile game.

I retired my sim’s fiancé today, now the fiancé just stays in the house and my sim isn’t allowed to marry someone else. This glitch needs to be fixed and doesn’t make sense to me. I am on level 16, by the way.

Hello Simmers!

How are you liking Izzy’s Shop? I would like to share my feedback and concerns.

After seeing all the cool items you could potentially get in Izzy’s Shop I decided to give it a try myself. I bought a bunch of Fashion Gems using SimCash with IRL money. After trying multiple times for a good design, my overall satisfaction wasn’t great. It is very costly to redesign items if you don’t get anything you like. 16 Fashion Gems is a bit outrageous considering you can just claim what you get and retry for 20. I understand it should cost more if you “pin” and item, but 16 Gems “no pins” is a lot.

I get that these are mostly cosmetic items. EA has a right to charge whatever they feel is fair for these designs, but it seems that free to play users are at a severe disadvantage. I would be very happy if they lowered the “no pin” cost to retry a design. Currently it is only a 4 Fashion Gem discount between retrying a design, or creating a whole new design.

What are your thoughts? I would love to hear them!

Pumpkin Spice Lovers Romance Story Will Be In Heirloom Store Soon!

The Pumpkin Spice Lovers story is a reward for completing the Harvestfest quest, but some players (including myself) couldn't finish the quest in time due to server issues and collect the story.

The Sims Mobile team made a notification saying it will be in the heirloom store and all heirloom chests will have a possibility of containing of the story for level 16+ players soon!

The blue Party Energy bar doesn’t seem to replenish over time. It seems like I have to attend a party and spend party energy to get a cake slice for party energy... if that’s actually the case, what do you do when you run out of cake?

I feel like I’m missing something obvious. I’ve figured out everything else by myself, but I’m stuck on this one at the moment.

The Painting Hobby works similar to the Cooking hobby. You have the ability to paint various pictures/ genres and after you've finished you get a Painting object that you can place on your wall or sell it to an art gallery for some Simoleons.

Retire A Sim Idea

IDEA FOR EAGAMES:

We should have an option to either Retire the Sim or Make Sim A Lifelong Player Sim. Cause alot of us players may have a favorite sim that we dont want to retire at all.
As a long lifelong sim, it still will be playable while it goes through the phase of growing old. Maybe have like an amulet for the soon to be retire sim to wish to have a longer life span or retire and give an heirloom out.

I know that we have so much in our inventories when it comes to the game itself on things that we are not using as we build our homes. My suggestion has all the things in the inventory in folders based on the item or event item. (Example) (Like a sofa will go in the LivingRoom Folder). This will help some and we can be able to find things that we may want later on better. This will be great for an update idea.
