Each world could have unique souvenirs, jewelry, food, candy etc to collect and different greetings, dances, etc to learn.
In order to accommodate travel kids & teens would have the ability to go to school online or be home schooled.
Work reward trait could allow you to see the weather for other locations in advance without traveling there. Traits could include loves travel, hates travel, reward trait could be never homesick.
As you progress in the career you get offers for free travel places or free stays at rental lots. Non travel activities could include reviewing various lots in your home world.

What do you guys think?

Schooling: Maybe different style schools, public school, private school, boarding school, military school etc (even if they are just off screen they could build certain skills better, encourage or discourage behaviour like respectfulness, and affect your chances or being accepted in to university) (this is similar to the sims 3 style boarding schools!)
Field trips, parent or grandparent sims can elect to go with, and they could be interactive (at an art gallery, hospital, museum, park, beach clean up etc)
Also scholarships to private school similar to university, based on grades in primary school or if they are in a sports club/high athletic skill etc

Clubs/classes: Now I know we have clubs and I'm sure they could be utilised in this way, but what about a mothers group or pregnancy classes, a book club, golfing clubs, more after school activities - I wouldn't even be mad if some were rabbit holes that they can return from with new friends, skills or buffs like 'feeling reassured about pregnancy' or 'bonding over books' etc etc

Body image: We could get acne, be able to buy treatments online (varying prices promising different results, some good some bad!), sims nearing the end of their young adult lifestyle (maybe a few days before their birthday depending on the length you play) could notice fine lines and wrinkles and buy creams or try making herbal remedies, adults could notice aches and pains and go for massages, teens could start developing body hair (body made a come back please!)

Parties/events: We could host teenage parties (prom!), kids parties, anniversary parties, slumber parties! This is all ties in nicely to the new parties available in the wedding pack too.
Sunday dinner could be an event/party, with goals to make it successful, or even family night where they have to make/order dinner, watch a movie or play a game together, put the kids to bed (read a book), get to know each other/ask about day/chat and all kids in bed before midnight (meet all requirements and get a super parent/bonding successful buff).
School reunions could be a thing for adults!
Prom of course, having to ask someone out or decide to go with friends, picking an outfit, risk of prom outfit/make up/hair malfunction etc - could be interactive or rabbit hole

Mid life crisis: Mid life crisis could encourage sims to quit their career, even change their lifestyles and goals, maybe introduce plastic surgery at the hospital where they can change certain features. Midlife crisis might encourage them to seek new relationships, divorce, cheat, get married, maybe have a later in life child, adopt etc.

Nursing homes: I'd love a nursing home also! Elder sims can choose (or be influenced!) to go live in a nursing home which would act like a combinations of apartments/university housing - communal kitchens with free food provided, bedrooms with set furniture options but you can change colours and decorate as you wish (maybe different cost nursing homes have different quality food, better or worse beds, bigger rooms etc.) - elder sims can choose to take their money with them or elect any sims (not just their children, anyone they know) to inherit - maybe even options of leaving money to a charity etc rather than greedy children. Non-elder sims visiting nursing homes could get a 'smells like old people' buff.

Chores and allowances: New interactions like teens can steal from parents wallets/bags if they're rebellious, you can give kids and teens allowances, make them do set chores, they can host lemonade stands.

New neighbourhood: A cute neighbour hood with most houses having at least 3 bedrooms, big lots, mostly pre set households would be families/young couples or retirees - we already have good schools, teen hang out etc, so no major new ones needed but these could be utilised well in a new neighbourhood, maybe one area would have more expensive, large lots with the pre-existing lots have multiple bedrooms and theatre rooms, tree houses etc, the cheaper neighbour hood could have a bad school trait were sims have to work a lot harder to do well (or go to boarding school) and are less likely to be accepted in to university, with smaller lots.
