Invisible tummy time mat replacement default

This mod will replace your current blue and pink plaid tummy time mat with an invisible one. That way you can place your own mat manually underneath your infants or just keep them on the ground without a mat. This was requested by simmers on the forums who were disappointed that they were unable to change the tummy time mat swatches and that it was the same mat used for all infants. Please do remember that this is a default replacement, so all tummy time mats in both new and old saves will become invisible once this is in your mods folder.

Hi guys, I helped out a simmer by making a buyable fallen log and digsite, but unfortunately that thread was closed because of the necro rules. So thought I would share it here for those interested

They are both found under decorations misc

Once you searched the log or dug up the digsite they disappear.
The digsite randomizes in type as you place it down
I managed to complete my fossils, metals, crystals and my sim trophies collection with the digsite.
With the log I got 20 of the 25 frogs, I think the rest must be found by breeding them.

I build myself a little farm, and I wanted to make drinking and feeding troves for my llamas, the drinking one was easy, but no matter what I placed in the feeding one, it just did not look right. So I thought about it a bit then tried my hand at making my first terrain paint. I am super proud of it, feeling very amused that it actually worked LOL

Hi all.

I like to play with Sims 4 Studio. First it began with editing cc clothes category (for example if outfit was not athletic I added this category), then I added colours to existing cc clothes for my gameplay (for example, I needed green jeans). It was fun.
But then I realized I could make my own cc. Simple at first, because I am still learning.

So first I have made some rugs.

Does the BetterBuy/Build mod unlock every available object in the game?

Hi. I just downloaded the BetterBuy/Build mod yesterday and I'm loving it, but I need some clarification on something.

The mod claims that there's no need for cheats when in use.

The cheats I've always used to access every object in my game are: "bb.showhiddenobjects" "bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement" and "bb.showliveeditobjects".

I believe the "show live edit objects" cheat is for debug.

I think the "entitlement" cheat is for unlockable objects through the course of the game.

And I'm not sure what "show hidden objects unlocks.

Could someone break this down for me please? And as long as all the filters are checked in the mod, are any of those 3 cheats still needed?

edit to add I also make sure the custom content box is checked in the mod's filter for my CC.

I've never played with CC or mods but I've been thinking about downloading some stuff from Harrie and Felix. I feel like they are pretty reputable but then again the idea of adding CC to my game is a bit intimidating. My game works pretty well, no real lag issues, most of my gameplay functions without issues. I'm afraid that if I download CC I'm going to start having more issues. I also have no idea how to even start with downloading CC.

I use CC but I've been avoiding it in builds. I just started building and I wanted to upload my builds but they all say "Modded" when they are not. Does it automatically do that when you have CC or is it a glitch? I'm not positive but I feel like I should be able to change that label. I also know I'm less likely to get downloaded when it says there is CC.

So how did I make this working cow farm. Well here it goes.

Step 1
First I placed some random maxis animal sheds without move objects on. I marked with the terrain tool where the end of the cow will be in the shed.

Step 2
I deleted the maxis animal sheds

Step 3
I placed one of my invisible sheds, since it has no gridlines I focused on where I put it, go into live mode and click on purchase cow. The cow then appears, then I go back in build mode and use the alt key to shift it into place where I have marked it will stand. Repeated that 8 times. I also then placed gates at all the spots the shed is, you can't see it in this pic though

Step 4
I deleted the lines I made and call all my cows out. Let the fun begin (oops lines still in this pic , but delete them hahahaha)

I hope that if any of you out there would like either a llama farm or cow farm, that this will help you

Growing Together Patch

I’m trying to figure out how long it will take to be able to patch CC objects. I seem to remember having CC chairs break after Island Paradise? Maybe I’m wrong. But since infants are likely going to break all CC, how long does it usually take for things to get patched and repaired? I’m talking the batch fix not from individual creators.

Stove Tops Glitch!

I just recently have a glitch where cc stove tops and stove inserts do not work anymore. The crazy thing is they worked just a couple days ago when I played and no updates have occurred since now and two days ago when they worked fine. I have reinstalled them from the websites but still broken I have also repaired game and made a new sims 4 folder and nothing. What's even weirder is the ones I placed in world before the last time I played still work fine on the counters but as soon as I pick it up it breaks im so confused. I even played on my laptop to see if it was my desktop and same thing. I tried an old mod folder and same thing im at a loss. What they do is as soon as I place them on the counter or under they disappear, If anyone else is experiencing this please let me know and they are updated for home decorator so this is just weird.

Can't WooHoo in CC beds?

Is this just my game? I've noticed mostly in Felixandre and HeyHarrie CC beds sims cant woohoo. I'm wondering if it's because the mattresses are separated from the frames? Is it just me?

I just updated my mods; a few smaller mods and MCCC. When I started my game my sims where glitching and resetting all over the place. I took out mods to test who was the culprit but none of the newly updated modes caused the glitching. My sim household has a lot of CC furniture, so when I tested the game without build/buy CC it worked just fine. I haven't downloaded any new CC, just updated my mods. Why is my CC suddenly causing issues?

I have a lot of B/B CC, and I also have Sims 4 Studio. Does anyone know how I can find broken CC using Sims 4 Studio? I thought I knew how but can't figure it out on my own.

Help is much appreciated!

Find/Request Item; Gas/Oxygen Mask That Works With Firefighter Helmet!

I've been trying to play a story about sims firefighters, but have been unable to find a gas mask/oxygen mask that works with the firefighter helmet! I've found a couple of cc masks that work without the helmet, but despite them being set as 'glasses', for some reason they dissapear from my sim when I put the helmet on.
The diving mask that came with the Island Living EP would be perfect, but it's in the 'hat' category, so also won't work with the helmet!
Does anybody know of any mask cc that does work with the helmet? Or does anybody know how I can change the Island Living diving mask to a different category, to see if that works?

WCIF Poppy Pastel Kit bed as single bed version?

I just love the Poppy bed from the Pastel Kit, but I'd love it as a single bed version, so that it would fit better in a child's small bedroom. I looked, but have not found anything.
I know sometimes CC creators make add-on versions to kits, but I haven't found anything like that for the Pastel Pop kit.

I'm really hoping that somebody has already made a single version of the Poppy Pastel bed.
Does anyone know if this exists?

so iam a big digimon fan and i have noticed that Pokemon cc is way more then digimon so lets make a difference

in January i tried to make a sim with a greymon suit which wasnt that good since i didnt know back how to animate the body and he looked dull

last month i decided to re-watch the original series of digimon which made me want to give it another try and i ended up making agumon for kids fully working

There's little point reaching out to others who can create their own CC, my intention was to offer this service to simmers who don't know how to create their own stuff for the game. Here on the CC board most simmers won't see it at all. So I decided not to get committed to a 6 months service hidden away...

Are you tired of the good but old advertisements in San Myshuno? How cool would it be to see ads promoting your own celebrities, or celebrities from other simmers' games? I'm starting a service providing just this, so if you have the City Living pack, and perhaps some of the many other packs providing careers etc that are worth advertising, read on!

I just call the service Wazzup. The idea is to provide monthly versions of advertisements for the object What's Happening Sign that came with the City Living pack. I don't know if the sign was also released with other packs later. On this board ads are displayed on random rotation. This is how it looks like:

Every mid month until May 15th 2023 I will put together a new CC file with a set of 9 advertisement posters. This set can include poster(s) from your game, too, but you must create the graphics according to rules below. How about marketing a new movie that your Actress features in? Or a Singer, Musician, Author, TV-show...? A holiday destination, or a rentable home that you built? Many community lots offer a business that might deserve some advertising - retail stores, restaurants, cafés, Spas or Shopping malls, just to mention a few.

Send me your image, and I'll do the rest! You will need to replace the versions in your game manually, and you should never ever have more than one version in your mods folder. Whenever you remove it all, your board will keep showing its original content.

On top of this post I will publish the expected date for the next release. Contributions must be sent to my address *** wazzup@hinsides.no *** minimum 1 week before release date, or it will just hang on until next month.

Rules:
1. Vertical: Width = 340 pixels, height = 512 pixels (if minor gap, I might add black fields to fill in).
2. PNG format is perfect, but I can convert your image as long as I manage to open it.
3. No illegal content (when in doubt, I have the right to say no even if you disagree)
4. No RL photo - only Sims 4 graphics or matching.
5. No plain in game screenshot. It must be a poster with minimum some text and a certain selling point. Visually it can be as simple or artistic as you like. Plain text ads will be accepted, too (but a bit boring if they are many).
6. Your poster doesn't need to make sense, as long as it looks like an advertisement. Get creative!
7. Avoid seasonal stuff like Winterfest etc, because many games don't follow the RL calendar.
8. Text must be in Simlish (free fonts are easy to find online, I got mine at modthesims). I can help adding the text whenever my schedule allows it.
9. Depending on response, each simmer might be limited to 1 advertisement running at the time, but you can send me several ads if you like, and I'll queue them for future updates. When available slots you might be allowed 2 ads in the same update. If you don't send a second poster later, your first contribution might re-appear in future versions.

So - what are you waiting for? Let your creativity flow - allow your superstar to finally get some inter-SimNational fame!

Ok, ok, just a few terrain paints but I still did it!

I converted Realm of Magic cobblestone bricks, Eco Lifestyle grass, and Cottage Living Primrose paths into terrain paints. I prefer using terrain paints for landscaping rather than floor tiles so I can have better control of curves and circles.

Anyway, in the spoiler are swatch pictures (with and without Reshade)

**RoM terrain paints, there is a line that runs vertically through the paint. I'm not sure how to remove that as I'm still learning.

Hello. I was sent here to find some buy/build neoclassical cc. I'm really hoping to find some large indoor/outdoor sculptures and busts. Thank you for your suggestions.

EDIT: I should be more specific. I'm hoping to find statues like those in the picture below, as well as architectural details in neoclassic building. I'd prefer more French/neoclassic type statues but Greek, Roman, or almost anything would do. I'm doing pretty good on neoclassical paintings, furniture, walls and clutter, it's just the statues and the building details I really need. Thank you again.

I've started adding pond effects to bodies of water and it really does add a little extra zest to gameplay but I would love for more options. Does anyone know of any good CC pond effects? I did a search and haven't found anything. I would love a pond effect of mermaid silhouettes swimming around similiar to the fish pond effects we already have.

I've googled and haven't really come up with much. I want some more plain just horizontal wood slat spandrels. Wide wood boards though. Sort of like fencing/walls in a stable/barn. I'll have to try to find pics later.

Is it even possible to make CC spandrels?

I'm also wondering about foundation and roof trims. I haven't been able to find custom ones of those.

I just started using the Realistic Cooking Mod by Somik and Severinka. Severinka has published some CC on TSR to make a grocery store lot for the mod. I'm currently trying to makeover a grocery store build for use with this mod, but I'm finding it difficult to put it together nicely.

I have looked everywhere for a finished build, but I can't find one anywhere that has been created specifically for this mod.

Does anyone know of a completed build with Severinka's CC?

Directional ceiling lamp?

I know we have the film rig stuff, but I'm looking for ceiling spots to point at a wall painting, suitable for a gallery. I'm pretty sure we had them in TS3 (or was that TS2?) - can't recall if they were CC though. As we have directional lamps I'd say it would be technical possible in TS4, too.

Do anyone come across some cc spots that will light up a limited area of the wall? Or did I miss that we already have this in the game?
