How to get a Shopkeeper for my Elixir Shop?

So, because I'm playing in a previously unpopulated world apparently, my elixir shop doesn't have anyone working the register. How.do I get someone to work at the register? I was planning on checking for the witch's brew to make my sim a witch but since there's no one working I can't buy anything.

I believe that you are using NRaas mods, at least to some extent? NRaas Register is the one that manages Role Sims and their assignments to role giving objects like cash registers (hence the mod's name).

@igazor Thanks, I'll have to check if register is one of the ones that installed properly before the OneDrive thing happened. If not I'll have to figure that out...
