Selling from a table errors

I've been testing around in my gameplay with an issue that I've encountered. The table you can sell from that came with city living I believe, (And has a really long name that I can never remember) has been giving me several issues.
First: When the table is placed on a lot, Sims will show up for the yard sale but they will never touch any of the items or buy anything. I noticed that this seems to happen if the active lot has a stereo.
If the active lot has a stereo and the table is placed off the lot in the "wild" absolutely no one will show up to the table. Honestly I'm not sure if it was the stereo or just the specific lot that was giving me issues. But I noticed all Sims that spawned when I was on that lot as the active in either scenario swarmed the stereo and wouldn't let me sell anything.
This became a problem because...
Two: for whatever reason I could not clear the table and put everything back into my inventory. Clearing the table in my several hours of testing this in various scenarios was incredibly unreliable, I was only able to clear the table once when the table was set up in the "wild" in a residential area as oppossed to the wild of a commercial area.

There was an issue with the Street Table but this was fixed in a patch. There are still issues with the Street Galllery.
Are the issues there if no stereo is nearby? Try testing to see if it works as it is meant to if no stereos are near,

I'll test that today. The main issue I've got is that I can't clear the table to put my stuff back in my inventory if no one shows up, or if they glitch to show up but never buy.

I don't know how to post on the answers.ea thread. The clear table is still bugged when there is no radio around. I just tested it. I did read the posts on that link though and the slight movement that indicates a sim has reset is exactly what is happening almost every single time I go to clear the table. I'd say 95% of the time, and i can't figure out what it is that allows her to clear the table the other 5%, mainly because my table keeps getting stuck until I can force people to come buy the stock supplied already.

The issue is listed on the AHQ EA site, so may be fixed in an upcoming patch.

I'll try the workaround, but I've only been able to get sims to show up to buy if I'm off a lot in the out of bounds area. I'll try that though and see if it works.

If you would like to post on the AHQ EA thread about the issue, you need to log onto the site page on the top right hand side of the screen, using your origin /ea account user details.
Then click the “ reply” button at the bottom of any of the posts in the thread, and you can then write and post your message. You can also click “ me too” on the button that is with the first post in the thread.
