Do sets like Brunch and the Old Mill and Sea Shanty come with the actual build too?

Or are they just the windows, doors, walls, etc? I really hope they come with the buildings as shown also, that I can plunk down into a plot. Need to know before buying. Thanks!

Brunch at the Old Mill has 2 lots made by SimGuruKitty that can be downloaded into your game.

And the Sea Shanty is an actual lot that you can place on an empty lot.
