I made a couple of builds this week. They are all on the gallery
1. Eco Family Home with lots of places to grow plants. I experimented a bit with the roofs and I kinda like it. It has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The front door is on the top floor. I used some of the new 21 year birthday items so make sure you have updated your game or they won't show up. Build this with bb.moveobjects.
2. Tiny Mansion Build this originally as a butlers house next to my sims big mansion, but I thought it would also look cute as a Tiny Home for an older sim. It even has a small pool in the backyard. I used bb.moveobjects to build this
3. A Frame Family Home. Build an A frame home but with a rounded top because I liked that more. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the ground floor, above that are another bedroom and another full bathroom. And on the top floor is the kitchen and livingroom with a small balcony. I know it's a bit unusual like this but I still like it. I did not do much with the garden because I did not want to make the home to expensive. I used bb.moveobjects to build this.
4. Small Home with Pool. Small 100 tile tiny home with a pool and basement bedroom. I tried to use some different colors. I think it looks cute, and it's basegame only.
5. Build a Small Old Factory Home and yes your sims can use the dining table that is under the stairs (I tested it and my sim used all 4 chairs) The shape is a bit unusual for a home so the layout is also a little unusual but I like how it turned out.
6. Tiny Home Tree House Has a small kitchen with dining area, small bathroom and a little sitting area where your sim can watch tv or read a book. It has only 1 bed for 1 sim. I used a lot of debug trees and plants to make it blend in with the surroundings. I build it on the 20x20 lot on the island in Windenburg. So if you place it there it will look the best. I used bb.moveobjects to build this.
It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds! It is lovely seeing pictures of your builds. Each of the homes that you have posted so far are very nice! Each of them are so very creatively designed! The exterior designs and landscaping are lovely and very nice interior furnishings! The wavy flower edged path in A Frame Family Home is so pretty! Each of the homes are uniquely special with great creative features!

Thanks I really try to not repeat the same thing over and over again and just make something different every time.
I did a Lilsimsie unfurnised home today.
Lilsimsie posted a (RL dream) house yesterday that you could download and furnish. And I tried to furnish it, of course I don't know what her taste is so I just did something. 😊 I do know she has a cat that appears in video's so I focused a little on that. First 2 pictures are the house as she build it, after that are what I did with it. I kinda liked the idea of a little sun room for her cat so I made one attached to her office where she would stream video's 😆 That way she can keep an eye on Snapper while she is streaming gameplay video's 🤣 It's on the gallery ID Starrats28
Your makeover of Lilsimsie’s home is lovely! Very nice patterned exterior walls and the back patio outdoors living, dining and bbq area is lovely! Sims will enjoy doing outdoors in the air as well as sit chatting on the sofas and armchairs. The cat themed glass sunroom with cat items is very nice! Cats will enjoy being there! The furnishing of the interior is lovely! Very pretty blue and white colours of the living areas. The island stove and stools counter in the kitchen is very nice. Very lovely fireplace sitting are in the living room for sims to enjoy watching tv or reading books in the warmth of the fire. The colour scheme and furnishing of each of the bedrooms are lovely! Very nice patterned floor rugs. The butterflies on the girls bedroom wall are pretty! The unicorn, deer, animal pictures and giraffe are very cute!
It is a very nice family home!
