Hi all,
I just bought a new computer that has a 256 gig drive (C drive) and a larger 1 TB drive (D drive). When I copied my game over, it copied to C drive. I think I'd like it on the D drive so I don't run out of space. Should I move it to D drive and how would I do that?
Thanks!

It would also be good to move your documents folder over to the D drive to give you more room.
To change where the sims 4 game is installed , log in in to Origin, go to Application settings, and the setting will be under "Installs and Saves " You can change the setting of where it is installed there. You will need to first uninstall the game, then change the setting, then reinstall the game.
This explains how to move your documents folder.

Edited to remove about needing to uninstall the game first. There is more information in the below post

This is why I paged Dekay. They know the instructions on how to reinstall the game directly to d drive . steam makes this allot easier. They ask you what drive before you install your games
Hello @phoebebebe13
The first part of my post explains how to install the game to the D drive. It shows where to change the settings in Origin.

It is okay ! Seeing things when on a tablet can be hard to see.

I know and my glasses are not the best. I have progressives and they are a pain to use on tablet. It's much better when I am on my desktop with a larger screen
The desktop is easier to read things on.

Your welcome. Yes I have my tower hooked up to a TV. I'm blind on a smaller screen. I just have my tower in storage because we were getting hit by one of the hurricanes. this tablet is just a temporary way to get on the web

Am enjoying the new computer @rosemow. I don't have my soundbar yet, but I really don't need the music and sound effects to build, so it's all good.
Thankyou for the helpful link to the article Simguru Nichaedemus.

@phoebebebe13, glad you and your family are OK. I hope Maria turns out to sea in areas where nobody can get hit. I'll have my fingers crossed for you and everyone else.
