      October and August both had their birthdays on the same day so of course some family photos ensued.
      I took advantage of them both being toddlers for a brief time and got this cute one with Ducky. Not sure where all the curly hair came from! So far October is silly, loves water, is a heavy sleeper, and is destructive. Sounds like he'll be a handful.

      Caroline let June take her for a walk, but not enough friendship yet to adopt. At least I'm assuming that's how that works. Never adopted a stray before.

      @Belalucina I'm assuming you play with some kind of risky woohoo mod haha. That's how my first year challenge sim ended up with 4 kids LOL. I do have a mod that lets you have more than 8 sims in a household, but if you want to edit them in CAS, you have to make sure there's only 8 sims in the household at that time or else it will delete a sim. Kind of a pain. I need to look in my mod folder to see what it is though. Cute family pics too :)

      @permanentrose I forgot that MCCC lets you do it. So I'll just use that. Will be a pain though to have to make sure there are only 8 when I go into CAS, so I'll have to see if that's a problem. I do have risky woohoo, but actually Steve had a want to try for another baby and so I let them follow their wants. June just looks surprised because that's the animation that goes with the birthing mod. :D

      @Belalucina I use MCCC for bigger households too, @Ellupelluellu saying that made me remember that LOL. And because of my bigger household settings, I added every single wedding attendee temporarily to my household and turned off autonomy so I forced them into the submission or else it would have been a big old mess as most sims weddings are. Sad that MWS didn't make weddings run any more smoothly without having to go to extreme lengths like that

      Also @Belalucina if you don't want to deal with the hassle of a 9 sim household, you could just change the offspring number in MCCC pregnancy to make June just have one baby this pregnancy if she hasn't given birth already, but I respect your choice to just roll with what the game gives you too haha

      I like all the new features of MWS but am disappointed that sims don't cooperate for them any better than they did without this pack. Doing a nice wedding is SUCH a hassle haha.

      Morgan is doing the painting aspiration and had to go to a museum to view some artwork, so these two traveled to the premade museum in Oasis Springs.

      And because I'm impatient and excited to get their family started, Flora asked Morgan if she'd have a science baby with her.

      I have a mod installed that lets sims go through a pregnancy first with having a science baby. (I know I could just use MCCC to immediately start a pregnancy even faster, but there's just something about integrating the pregnancy start into gameplay that I appreciated. Makes it truly feel more like a "science baby" haha)

      Announcing the good news that the pregnancy worked to Morgan :) Not sure why she doesn't have a first trimester belly haha. Her b00bs definitely look bigger though :D

      @permanentrose congrats again to Flora and Morgan! Love the skating rink. How does the science baby thing work? Haven't used it. What is the instant baby? Is that the default option and the mod makes it to where you start the pregnancy? Is the instant baby supposed to be like a test tube baby? Does it use their genes? Lol sorry I realize I could probably Google this. :D

      @Belalucina I’ve never used the science baby option myself, but it came with the growing together pack or update I believe. It allows sims to have an instant baby by themselves or with others (I think they need a certain amount of friendship). If they have it with others, it will mix their genetics. The game version gives you the baby immediately which is why I got a mod to have a pregnancy option too. It’s really no different than starting a pregnancy with MCCC (and even with mccc you can cheat them immediately into labor). MCCC already allows you to have a single sim pregnancy or choose the sim you’re mixing genetics with but it’s all behind the scenes so I like this option of asking another sim and there being sim science behind it lol.

      ETA: I think the science baby option is probably especially nice for sims who can’t get pregnant (probably predominantly male sims and gay couples) since it can easily give them a baby that’s genetically theirs without the need for pregnancy

      Caroline has officially been adopted.
      And April had a birthday. She's a preteen now thanks to the preteen mod. And she is basically June with blonde hair.

      When I did June's look for Del Sol Valley, I liked the beauty marks that came with the Get Famous pack, and thought I would give her one since some people sometimes develop them (plus I had already given her freckles because I love freckles). Well anyway, April ended up getting both the freckles and the beauty mark upon age up.

      I got that pregnancy/birth mod @Belalucina uses and I have to say I do like a lot of these features. They went in for a scan and found out they were having a girl :)

      @permanentrose love the baby bump! <3 It's a great mod. Be warned though, labor takes forever. There is an option to make it to where she can have the baby right away, but otherwise you have to wait until fully dilated, and it takes forever. I also disabled lactation because it was so annoying; she was always getting uncomfortable moodlets with how much milk she was making. You can pump, and take Tylenol, but it didn't seem to help so I just turned it off.

      I travelled home, as it they had just been in gala, sims came and left, so I figured better to go home first and then again to downtown..
