My game keeps crashing

So I'll start playing the game. My sim goes to work and the other is home, then it tells me that their mom died. 30 seconds later everything is fine but then some sad music plays and right after that my game exits me out and tells me I need to close the program. It keeps happening at the same time. I did get one of my cats to become a ghost and be in the family but idk if that would have anything to do with it?

Do you have a dedicated graphics card? Pets is very demanding on your computer graphically speaking. So if you see stretched out animals and sparkly type animations, that is a sign you don't have a dedicated graphics card or it's not strong enough to handle Pets.


To see what graphics card you have (in Windows) go to

Start

Type: Device Manager

Click on it.

Expand the Display Adapters option

This will show you if you have dedicated graphic cards or an integrated graphics.

You can google the result to see if it has enough power to run Pets.

Hey,

Do you download?. it happens a lot because of the things you download like hair or clothing.
You can also get viruses when you download.

I bought a new laptop and I still had crash issues with pets. I don't play is anymore
