The Sims 3 Pets: TS3W.exe- Application Error

I will kindly help me. After I open the game, after a minute I see the following message:The instruction at „0x005c4697” referenced memory at „0x000003fc”. The memory could not be „read”. Click on OK to terminate the program and Click on CANCEL to debug the program. I wonder what I can do ? :roll:

You could try the dep solution. Adding the game executeable TS3W.exe (TS3W application) to the dep exception list may stop this error. I need to know your operating system.
