In all my game play, I found that:
    - Gardening gives you a lot of money.
Literally my sims quit her job cause her gardening alone gave her more than thousand simoleons each time she would take the products and sell them.

    - Writing books also gives you a good amount of money as long as you write regularly because the money you gain decrease with time.

    - You can do painting for a living, in the painting career or by yourself, and you will have plenty of money after she's trained a little bit (also works for books, the value increase when you get better at writing, but the beginning is a little rough)
    - Finally, the tech career is the career that pays the most (even at the beginning), so it is the easiest way in my opinion to win a good amount of money regularly, without having to constantly do gardening, painting, or writing.

Alternative way to win money is also looking into boxes on the street and sell what you get (if you have city living) or repairing stuff and selling what you get. But the prices would never be really high I suppose so that makes it hard to live off just that

Yes the gardening was fantastic until october last year. My sims made tons of money through gardening but not any more. I feel sad about it. Do you mean that earning money through live streaming as a pro gamer in tech guru? My other sim completed programming and video game skill, but he can make just a few on computer because he is working for city living job.(I forgot the career name).

The last one sounds like collecting job, I can try this one. It will be a good try. :) Thanks.
  • The easiest way to complete Fabulously Wealthy aspiration?

Hello, I'm trying to complete this without money cheat in game. I searched on internet, and found the painter is the best for making money.

But I have one more way to make money with vampire pack installed. Raise up the mixology skill up to 10, then study the vampire lore skill. And make 'Drought of Reconfiguration'. It requires each 2 garlics, wolfsbanes, and plasma fruits for ingredients. If you make it on level 1 at mixology, I noticed you can sell it for 1,000 simoleons but actually, the ingredients' price is also 1,000 simoleons too. But if you make it on level 10 at mixology, you can sell it for 6,000 simoleons. You will get 5,000 except for the ingredients' price. I completed this aspiration with this way but I'm still curious which one will be easier between painting and mixology? It's too boring to write books for me. :D

I was wondering: What if you let someone else (with low gardening skill) tend your orchard?

I tried it already. If my sim without gardening skill plant it on ground, it shows as bad one, but it blooms 1 bad apple with 3 normal apples in case my sim has no gardening skill. But anyway, I solved it eventually! :)

    1. Activate testingcheatsenabled cheat first,
    2. put one bad apple on the floor
    3. go into buy/build mode
    4. click on the bad apple while shift key and ctrl key are on together, so you need to use 2 fingers at the same time for shift key and ctrl key
    5. it shows a couple of interactions, there is 'clone' menu and clone 9 more bad apples in buy/build mode
    6. then just drag them into the inventory, and then just carry them into work next day.
    7. Done! :)

I tried having a sim with no gardening skill plant the bad apple and tend the tree, but the tree increased the quality (to normal?, I don't recall) and those apples did not satisfy the opportunity. When that failed I tried the science station.

    I solved it eventually.

I have no idea what that interaction is for. I've never paid attention to whether the mixology skill is affected or not.

For mixologists in my games I only complete the Master of the Mood skill challenge. That along with the "Better Mixologist" LTR usually is enough for my sims to make perfect mood drinks almost every time. I don't often have them make many unique (or created) drinks though. I find the Better Mixologist LTR to be very helpful for drink quality.

Also have the sim drink a skill gain drink before practicing drinks. And I guess the Fast Learner LTR would help too.

Thanks TreyNutz. :) I'm trying to earn some money from Moonlighting Bar, so I experienced my sim got more customers while moonlighting after completing Master Mixologist which has to serve at least 60 times or more to other sims. This time, I tried to do it and I noticed the skill gets faster with his dad sim. Today, Matthew Hamming visited my home lot and I tried to do 'practice making drinks with Matthew Hamming' and also my sim leveled up to 9 from 8 after maybe..6 to 7 hours. It takes longer if my sim practice alone as I remember. :)

I'm trying to practice the skill without LTR and want to see the maximum quality of drinks he can make without it. Now he mastered the skill and he can make outstanding quality of crazy drinks after completing Poseidon skill journal challenge. Now I'm going to get 'better mixologist' LTR for him. :)
