Will I still be able to continue clear land and add rooms after level 40? Is there plans to increase the level number and open the waterfront?

I got tired of having to move the toilet/shower/bed to another room and put in a second bathroom and woohoo bed. It’s better now but I still wish I could ask sims to leave or be able to lock the door.

I am having a concert party, it is at level 9 if anyone wants to up their party points. (Sorry to hi-jack thread, I can't create new ones yet) I think a party thread would be great to help promote each other's parties. BTW

I was under the impression there wouldn't be repetitive items from Izzy's shop? I have 3 male items with the music boost, zero for female and 2 lucky boosts for women and zero male. I'm starting to feel like the game is trying to determine which traits I give to which sex. :(
