Depends really. Usually I just get an in-game house because I can't be bothered to build, so most of them have one bathroom, so I scream at my sims to hurry up when someone else needs to go.
This is because giraffes has an ongoing feud with elephants and horses on which is the best four-legged creature. Didja know dogs can actually fly if they're trained to do so?
I tend to lurk and I find it quite stress relieving and refreshing to see other people's opinions, to learn interesting new things, see how others play the game, etc.
I first played it because of the customization of the sims, etc but now I play it in hopes of just keeping to one game and not switching all of the time. I always do end up making a new game though. I also make a little storyline up for my characters to follow
I'm sure you won't get into too much trouble. If he was telling you jokes five minutes later I'm sure it didn't bother him too much and it's not exactly a thing that you'd get detention for, but that's just my point of view.
Stay strong. More people care than you think. I've been in this situation before and it's terrible, I know, but you'll get through it if you keep holding onto hope.
Uh... I'm a pessimist but some people may see me as an optimist because I'm always trying to reassure them when some stuff happens, when, in reality, I'm thinking of the worst and preparing myself mentally for the worst to happen.
