Yeah I rebooted. Went into another home and tried it with different people, non would touch it. And I only have game content, no mods or custom content in my game
I don't have seasons, but noticed weird gardening things now. It takes longer as the other person said for plants to improve, They never require watering for some reason, that option is always grayed out. and it seems like everyday theres a new harvest, not a few days like before.
No mods or CC, I have 16 GB Ram, and I must say all other games (Fortnite, GTA, Witcher 3, Skyrim, etc etc.) all run smooth as ice. Only Sims 4 with everything on it runs choppy. I did try uninstalling, deleting the old save files, and reinstalling with all the packs again, but it still ran choppy, lagged every few seconds…
I'm just saying with all the companies making very realistic open world games with a lot of freedom (and not have to play multiplayer) The sims will find themselves bringing up the rear as far as realism pretty soon
Actually the Sims 4 has sold over 5 million copies (tho a million less then 2 & 3), but everyone still jumps on and buys the expansion packs and stuff packs, and is still the best selling PC game of 2015 and 2016. So yes they will continue it as theres a huge fan base that will keep it going.
It looks like butlers are all different, I haven't tried firing and hiring another, but from what I read here everyone has different assign tasks. Mine has attend to kids, play piano, clean, and garden
All I did was click on move family on the computer or on the phone. Then clicked on the city. Then it showed the apartments when I clicked on them, and if there were no family already in them, the move button appeared at the bottom right of the screen.
No they weren't, but now I just moved them to another apartment. And one is inside now, but the other one is in the hallway and even tho I can feed it, when I go into build mode I can't move it into the apartment, stays stuck in the hallway. Sheesh
Restaurants are tough for major profits. My best way was for a retail store. I had an art gallery. My guy was a level 10 artist. Then he also started a painting club and had his crew come over and make paintings for him and he made a fortune everyday.
Ok It was the laptop mode that prevented it. But even tho it looks great, not being in laptop mode really made it the movement choppy, where in laptop mode it runs really well. Oh well.
Easiest way is to start a painting club. Buy a bunch of easels and have the club come to your house everyday to paint. The more you do it, all the members painting skills go up too, so you can have them do several painting each every day. Makes a humongous amount of money. Yes you get to keep the money from their paintings.
