  • Oh man, I haven't been here in months so I'm enjoying seeing all of these new scenery pics. I'll contribute a few from my game...
  • Gonna be honest, I haven't read completely through this thread but to add my two measly cents, this mod does work amazingly for me. Buy and build mode catalogue items load a lot faster and the game feels smoother! I play on an MSI gaming laptop and I haven't noticed much of a difference except for slightly warmer temps.…
  • I love all of the gardens on here! Seeing so much creativity is inspiring <3 I almost forgot, but I also built a community garden greenhouse for my town. I swear there used to be a Community Garden lot type but it's not there anymore. But maybe I'm remembering wrong. Anyway, I have it stocked with all types of harvestibles…
  • I lost patience with my sim's garden at one point and deleted it all. I then added fake corn stalks just to make it look like there was actual work being done in the garden :D But since then I've deleted the fake corn stalks and had her start planting again. She uses the fruits she grows (mostly berries such as…
  • Artbreeder is ridiculously addictive! I did five of my sims in this portrait app and they looked fairly close to their simmie versions. For funsies I also tried my 5th Gen legacy heir Nathaniel. <3 I stopped myself from using Artbreeder anymore after this lol :D
  • @Simsophonique Gameplay is always fun! And I actually do a lot of similar things to you as well. I love to use rabbitholes and both decorate and landscape around them to make them match the town I place them in. I save time by not having to build community lots that way :p @GraceyManor I love having storylines in my game…
  • Exactly! I’ve only recently started to stockpile CC again and it’s starting up my old hoarding habits that I used to have :D But then the pros and cons of CC are: do I want a pretty game or do I want a smooth running game? But I download only .package file CC and convert any .sims3packs that I do download (usually from…
  • Thank you! And I always like seeing the stories you have going on in your game :) Thanks, that means a lot! It’s kind of a mix, I build mostly to my own preferences but every so often I’ll put up some lots for download. My favorite type of lots to build for quite a while now are community lots. I like building up empty…
  • 1.6 gigs. I thought that was a lot but since seeing this poll I realize I need to up my CC game :p
  • I’ve bought physical copiesSP’s off of Amazon (used ones) for cheap - if I remember right, maybe in the area of 10 dollars or even less. The boxes were a bit battered but they installed perfectly fine with no issues for my game or computer. Admittedly, I bought the stuff packs last year very early on but I’m curious now…
  • Ohhhh I adore threads like this! I can never get enough of seeing simmie pets. I like to shake things up in my game and add pets that are different from the status quo. Thus, I recently added a "fox" who goes by the name of Finn o:) I gave him traits to match up with RL foxes so he yips a lot and is constantly digging…
  • For me, the perfect world has a lot of activities for the sims to keep me interested in the gameplay aspect and the scenery. I love seeing well-created worlds with lovely landscaping and full of plants and greenery perfect for taking pictures.
  • I used to be the same way. I played completely without supernaturals so when I first bought the SN EP I was a bit nervous. At the time, I was trying to convince my sister to play and she said she wouldn't unless I bought Supernatural. She still didn't play even after I bought it as she said she didn't like all of the…
  • This will always be a favorite of mine. The expressions on their faces are priceless.
  • @budewarmin Amazing interiors! Lighting is always a challenge and it looks as though you mastered it! @cwaddell I'm the same, actually. The library, the park and the beach are the main lots I sent my sims to (other than the cemetery lol).
  • Yep, that's where she's buried. I both love and hate building because I can be too picky when I make lots. It annoys me xD The library is always a great place to send simmies! I love how much more quickly they learn there.
  • @carlystur03 I love the festival lots! I don't have any in the town at the moment but I miss having all of those fun activities that the festivals always offer.
  • Thank you!
  • I’m glad your problem was figured out but I just wanted to say thanks for making this thread because I just discovered another source for CC! And this stuff all looks well made too, which is always nice :)
  • Eriu Fe, made by the same person who created Saint Greer Islands. Because the creator of the world made it filled up with premade lots, there was a TON of CC used. So I deleted the lots and only kept the CC necessary for the world itself. So now it's an empty canvas for me to express my creativity or lack thereof :D These…
  • Here are a few new pics from a new world I found that I'm working on filling up :)
  • Thank you for such a nice compliment! I'm glad you like the pics o:) For Aurelia it's Simpliciaty Desirae and Alaric's hairstyle is Wings OSO 818 Although I personally think this hairstyle looks better on Alaric now. Here's a link if you're interested :)
  • Here are some recent ones from my gameplay. It's been ages since I've posted on here!
  • This is the best thread name ever. :D You forced me from lurking just to say this :p
  • LOVE! Where did you find that pink climbing rose vine? I love having moss and climbing vines on the houses in my game!
  • Here's an in-depth look at the world. It was created by a French simmer on tumblr so the names of the lots are in French, which I don't mind. It keeps the feel authentic, I think :) She named it Vintage Champs Les Sims, as her gameplay in the world is based in the '50s but you can easily make it whatever theme you want.…
  • I’ve left Saint Greer due to bugs and lag and I found another lovely world named Vintage Champs Les Sims. As can be guessed, it’s a remake of Champs Les Sims from WA and it’s amazing <3 These were taken the morning after a heavy rainstorm. :)
  • Thank you so much! I love those cows in my game and am glad that others enjoy them too :)
  • Amazing pics, everyone! Here are some of my recent favorites :)
